Returns, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase and we apologize if it is not. For whatever reason that you are not satisfied, we would be most happy to provide exchanges on sizes from our stores. We do not entertain any return since we have provided all right information with sizes, colors, pleas make sure you are checking the size chart before purchasing.

To maintain strict hygiene of our products we do accept returns on outer wears subject to following criteria:

The product should be purchased only from https://thelooker.in and not from any other retailer be it online or offline.
Return request should be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.

If 3 days have gone by since your purchase, after that we can’t offer yo exchange. Our refund is not available at any circumstances once you purchased from our store.

Product should be unused (other than fit trial) and unwashed.
There should be no stains, marks, stitches or holes in the product caused by the consumer while try for exchange.
All the tags and original packaging should remain intact and while you are opt for exchange.
Original Invoice shall be attached with the product.
Product should reach us in sellable condition.
Once All above condition met then you can come to our below store for exchange or buy any other product if the exchange one is not available.

CANCELLATIONS POLICY:
There is no cancellation post purchase or if any order place. We do not entertain such activities.

REFUND POLICY:
We do not have any refund policy, since we have limited product and as mentioned above we only provide exchange of product from our store only if there is any size issue even our provided size from product page. This is in also in extreme case. If the customer is far from the store then shipping changes are applicable if wish to exchange.
